Disco Health is founded by two PharmDs — a clinical pharmacist and a software engineer — who built this because they watched the same last-mile failure happen over and over. We are not a staffing agency that added an app. We are a tech-forward HHA built from clinical practice up.

Rishit is a pharmacist and software engineer who spent nearly six years at Amazon, first in clinical pharmacy and then building healthcare software for Amazon Pharmacy and Alexa. Before that he was a staff pharmacist at PillPack, working on pharmacy fulfillment and dispensing quality. He leads Disco Health's technology, from referral intake to the care coordination platform.

Phu is a board-certified clinical pharmacist with more than a decade in population health, academic pharmacy, community health and healthcare operations. He has cared for Asian and Pacific Islander communities as a clinical pharmacist in Seattle, taught pharmacotherapy as an assistant professor, and helped scale care delivery at the health-tech company Curative. He leads Disco Health's clinical strategy, community engagement and go-to-market.
